Goethe-Institut Uzbekistan — Attraction in Tashkent

This educational center has a German name ONLY. No German punctuality whatsoever!!! There is no proper communication with clients and zero customer service. Some teachers been hired just because they spoke a minimum German and nowadays they teach kids on the beginners level. Trust me, I went through those teachers ... Those who answer the phone calls is another level of calamity. Do thy really know when does the classes start? Called them on Monday to confirm if my kids classes would be starting soon and "She"(who answered the call) assured we are starting this coming Sunday (19/01). In fact entire Goethe Institute is closed. On Saturdays & Sundays even Library on the ground floor turns into a chaos. No discipline and no rules. Мало того, что вы на протяжении 3 лет, что я к вам ходила никогда не брали трубки, так к вам теперь еще и на экзамен записаться невозможно. Я зашла на сайт ровно в 9:00, приехала специально к вашему центру, чтоб если что я могла спросить, зашла на экзамен, а там пишет, что бронь полная я не могу сейчас зарегистрироваться (это было в 9:00!!!) девушка на ресепшене говорит обновлять регулярно сайт, что я и делала. Через 5 минут уже нет свободных мест. Как за 5 минут не может остаться свободных мест в онлайн регистрации. Другая девушка которая тоже хотела зарегистрироваться, сказала что уже 6 месяц не может записаться. Вы либо места увеличьте, либо чаще проводите либо вообще экзамен не проводите. Вообще вам даже 2 звезд слишком много, эти 2 звезды только вашим преподавателям, сами вы вообще не заслуживаете. В Алматинском филиале у них открыта запись с 26.02 ферваля и до сих пор есть места.
