I visited Cô Ba Phở Bò, a Vietnamese restaurant in Hai Chau, Da Nang, for lunch and ordered their signature dish, pho bo, which is a beef noodle soup. The restaurant has a nice view of the river and a cozy atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. The pho bo was served in a large bowl with a generous amount of tender beef slices, rice noodles, fresh herbs, and bean sprouts. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a balanced taste of spices, salt, and sweetness. The dish also came with a plate of lime wedges, chili peppers, and hoisin sauce for extra flavor. I enjoyed the pho bo very much and found it to be satisfying and comforting. Cô Ba Phở Bò is a great place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine, especially pho bo.

Tried their Bun Cha and stir-fried morning glory. First time trying Bun Cha and I really loved it. Not too salty, not too sweet, just perfect amount of savory. Morning glory is also nice and it tastes better with the peanut sauce provided together. The serving is good too given that we were not that hungry and we are not heavy-eaters; it may be small for hungry guys so better to order something together. Nice ambience, air-conditioned and clean, and friendly staff :-)

This place is a rip-off. Food was below average standard and WAY overpriced. Upon entering we were greeted by the pungent smell of their bathroom and a couple of flies. We also noticed that their standard bowl of pho comes with kimchi - which says a lot about who this place is for. We ordered the bun cha and a bowl of the seafood noodles - both are supposedly bestsellers / highly recommended. The portion of the bun cha was small compared to other local spots and the dipping sauce was sweet with no depth in flavour. The seafood noodles was loaded with seafood, however, nothing actually tasted like seafood. The amount of noodles was also lacking - not sure if this is a thing with this place. The coconut was not cold enough and the canned tiger beer was the only highlight of the meal. Service was okay. No complaints. Don’t be fooled by this place. Instead, venture inland and find a local spot for much better food! Unless you are feeling lazy or feel like having a bit of kimchi with your pho.

Was greeted by the staff and was directed to walk upstairs to the 2nd floor, where we had a great view of the river while eating. Ordered three meals that i have no idea the name of coz wife ordered but the pho thing and the ban seo wooo was bangin! And i wasn't familiar with the Vietnamese rice so the pineapple fried rice wasn't really for me. This was the final meal before leaving Vietnam and am glad that i did it here

Do not be fooled by the overwhelming amount of five-star reviews; everything is only so-so — you can get a 10% discount if you give a five-star review, which is why the restaurant is flooded with tourists who have taken the bait. No locals dine here. If you're only looking for a generic bowl of pho and can look past the average-ness for that 10% off, by all means, enjoy your meal!

Definitely a better service if Asian. The waitress continued to fill the table next to us with cold water whilst ignoring us and our empty vessels which she had to pass numerous times to serve the large group next to us. Definitely a tourist trap for the 'Seoul~by~the~sea' patron. OK, so, the food? A definite average. Go local, save 50% and eat better.
