This place is a rip-off. Food was below average standard and WAY overpriced. Upon entering we were greeted by the pungent smell of their bathroom and a couple of flies. We also noticed that their standard bowl of pho comes with kimchi - which says a lot about who this place is for. We ordered the bun cha and a bowl of the seafood noodles - both are supposedly bestsellers / highly recommended. The portion of the bun cha was small compared to other local spots and the dipping sauce was sweet with no depth in flavour. The seafood noodles was loaded with seafood, however, nothing actually tasted like seafood. The amount of noodles was also lacking - not sure if this is a thing with this place. The coconut was not cold enough and the canned tiger beer was the only highlight of the meal. Service was okay. No complaints. Don’t be fooled by this place. Instead, venture inland and find a local spot for much better food! Unless you are feeling lazy or feel like having a bit of kimchi with your pho.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and every dish exceeded my expectations—I was truly delighted. The fresh spring rolls were filled with crisp vegetables and flavorful shrimp, perfectly complemented by the refreshing house-made sauce. The Bun Cha featured wonderfully grilled meat paired with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce, offering an authentic taste of Vietnam. The stir-fried morning glory was cooked to perfection, retaining its crunch while infused with just the right amount of garlic flavor. The fried spring rolls were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, making them an excellent match with beer. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious until the very last bite. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely a place I would love to visit again whenever I come back to Vietnam. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

This restaurant is better than the michelin restaurant near this area, It is very recommended. Menu I ordered : Braised Pork with eggs, Tomato Pork filled Tofu, spring noodles, morning glory, fried rice with pineapple. All dishes are wonderful, nothing fails. Cost us around 500k dong for two people, But basically the portions are for 3 people. Shop : just two floor store, but have many seats. Places : near dragon bridge riverside areas. Prize : ok, not low but not high Tastes : awesome Environment: great Service : great staff and friendly Serving time : quick Revisit : BIG YES! Parking: yes you can park motorcycle in store front, or parking your car in riverside parking box in the front of the store, but please note busy time might hard to find parking

Cô Ba Phở Bò is a popular spot for those who want to enjoy an authentic taste of Vietnamese beef noodle soup. Known for its rich broth and traditional preparation, the restaurant captures the soul of Vietnam’s most iconic dish—phở bò.

Atmosphere & Setting The restaurant has a warm, local atmosphere with a simple and clean setup. It’s casual and inviting, making it perfect for both a quick meal and a relaxed dining experience. The aroma of simmering broth greets you as soon as you enter, instantly making you hungry.

Signature Dish: Phở Bò

Broth: The star of the meal. Slowly simmered with beef bones, star anise, cinnamon, and other traditional spices, the broth is clear yet rich in flavor. It strikes the right balance of savory, sweet, and aromatic notes.

Beef: A variety of cuts are offered, including thinly sliced rare beef, brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe. Each piece is tender and complements the broth beautifully.

Noodles: Soft, flat rice noodles that absorb the broth well without becoming mushy.

Toppings: Fresh herbs like basil, cilantro, and spring onions, along with bean sprouts, lime wedges, and chili, allow diners to adjust the flavor to their liking.

Taste & Flavor Every spoonful is a harmony of deep beef flavor, fragrant spices, and refreshing herbs. The broth is not overly oily, the beef is tender, and the herbs add a fresh contrast. For those who enjoy bold flavors, adding chili, garlic vinegar, or hoisin sauce enhances the experience.

Service & Price Service is quick and straightforward, reflecting the casual, local dining style. Staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring you get your bowl served hot and fresh. Prices are reasonable and offer great value compared to the quality and portion size.

Overall Experience Cô Ba Phở Bò delivers exactly what you’d hope for in a bowl of traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup—rich, comforting, and authentic. It’s the kind of place where locals and tourists alike can sit down and savor a true taste of Vietnam.

Verdict A must-visit for pho lovers. Whether you prefer rare beef slices or a mix of beef cuts, you’ll find a hearty and...
