We had a really good time at this place, we were brought here by the Travel Agency we booked.
Ambiance: Upon entering, Saigon Star transported me to a bustling Hanoi street market. The air buzzed with conversation and the aroma of lemongrass and chilies filled the room. Exposed brick walls were adorned with vibrant Vietnamese street scenes, and colorful lanterns cast a warm glow overhead.
The Food: The travel Agency ordered the food for us. The menu focuses on classic central Vietnamese dishes, particularly those featuring "bep cuon," which translates to "rice paper rolls." We started with their signature platter, a perfect way to sample a variety of fillings. Each bite was a symphony of textures and flavors, with fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked meats and seafood, and a delicious dipping sauce. We also tried the Banh Xeo, a crispy turmeric pancake which was my personal favorite. The Passion Fruit Juice was also very refreshing!
Service: The staff at Bep Cuon Da Nang is friendly and attentive (Shout out out to Danh Ben Ruby!). They were happy to point out popular dishes and even demonstrate the proper way to assemble the rice paper rolls especially since it was our first time having the Banh Xeo!
Overall: Bep Cuon Da Nang is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delicious and authentic central Vietnamese meal in Da Nang. The fresh, flavorful food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service make it a memorable...

Read moreToday I went here because of the good reviews for dinner. When I was served with the food I asked myself, where the side dish is. Shortly after a waitress came to my table and said that the side dish that was included in what I ordered wasnt available anymore. Than I asked if I could choose another side and she said yes but, I need to pay for it. She was friendly, but I feel she couldn't do anything. Than I ordered a full extra dish, because I wanted to leave the Restaurant with a full belly. When I went to pay the dish was fully charged. I complained to the cashier. She was also friendly, but said that they gave me 1 or 2 extra sticks, because of the missing side dish. Still after the info I feel betrayed, because that isn't how you treat a costumer at that pricepoint. If after ordering it becomes apparent that part of the dish is not available, the guest is informed and a solution is sought together. The guest can choose a different dish, can say whether it is okay or choose a different side dish. I would like to emphasize again that the employees were friendly, but it was clear that the owner had set bad guidelines. I thought for a long time about whether I should give 1 or more stars because the food tasted okay, but I decided on 1 star because I was so upset while eating that I...
