The Cups has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shops in Da Nang. Its location is excellent. Just a short walk from the beach which makes it the perfect spot to grab a drink before or after enjoying the seaside. The space itself is bright, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of natural light from the large windows and a variety of seating options to suit your mood. Whether you’re working on a laptop, meeting friends, or simply relaxing with a good book, the atmosphere here is ideal. There are charging outlets at most tables, which makes it especially convenient for those who like to work remotely.

The menu is diverse, with a wide range of coffee drinks and other beverages. The Vietnamese iced coffee is strong, rich, and delicious, while the fruit-based drinks like strawberry lemonade and peach tea are refreshing options if you’re in the mood for something lighter. Pastries and desserts are also available, and they are consistently fresh and tasty. The banana bread in particular is worth trying.

Service is generally very good, with staff being warm, attentive, and helpful. On busy days, however, tables are not always cleaned as quickly as they could be, and sometimes the air conditioning is set a little too high, which can be uncomfortable if you’re sitting close to it.

As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, making it an ideal spot for both work and relaxation. The café’s exterior is simple yet inviting, with its clean signage and a cozy vibe.

I ordered a cup of their signature coffee and paired it with a decadent chocolate croissant. The coffee was robust and perfectly brewed, with a smooth, creamy finish. Topped with a dusting of cinnamon, it was a comforting treat to savor. The croissant was beautifully presented, flaky and golden, topped with a rich chocolate garnish and hints of nuts, adding the perfect crunch to each bite.

The staff was friendly, and service was prompt, ensuring that customers feel well taken care of. The café also seems to have a great selection of baked goods and beverages, making it a perfect spot for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

The Cups has truly become a home away from home for me in Da Nang. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a comforting energy that’s hard to find elsewhere. The coffee is consistently excellent — smooth, rich, and always crafted with care — and the pastries are just as impressive, always fresh and delicious.

What really sets The Cups apart, though, is the incredible service. The team is genuinely kind, attentive, and always bring such positive energy to the space. It’s amazing to see their dedication day in and day out. I have to give a special shoutout to Nguyen Yen — her incredible work ethic and leadership are truly inspiring.
