We stayed three nights in this hotel. Right after the first night, much to our surprise, the front desk staff accused us ‘indirectly’ that a towel and a floor mat towel was ‘missing’. We still had two more nights left to stay. I tried telling the front desk staff that we had no idea where they were and was free to check our luggages if he wanted, We had seen a group of housekeeping staffs cleaning our adjacent rooms and our room the first morning while we were there around breakfast time. I told the front desk staff (who was in our room by this time), that maybe they had misplaced them. The housekeepers had btw, forgotten again to leave one bath towel and a floor towel mat AFTER they cleaned the room, which explains to me maybe they forgot in the first place too!? Anyways, me and my husband own a luxury resort ourselves and being questioned about the towel was ridiculous and that too on our first night! It ruined my whole stay because it made me feel accused and blamed for the missing towel. The staffs need to communicate better and double check everything before accusing the guests who are there just to have a good time. In my case, I felt bad they were missing the towel and a floor mat but it dampened my stay and would not return again...
Read moreMy family and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. While it may not be a luxury hotel, the service, staff, cleanliness of the room, food, ambiance, everything was phenomenal. This was our first time in Vietnam, and this hotel made our stay pleasant and comfortable.
Big shoutout to the staff, especially Kane, who was very helpful and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond with their service. The service was top-tier, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. It can get a bit crowded, though, so it would be nice to have a more spacious area for the buffet.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop bar was beautiful. The views of Da Nang were amazing, you can even see the beach from there. There were plenty of drink options to choose from, and the small pool at the top of the hotel was a charming bonus.
The hotel’s location is perfect, it’s within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The only downside is the entrance, which has steep stairs that may be difficult for seniors to use.
Overall, it’s a great hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends if they ever plan to visit this...
Read moreI had a pleasant 21-day stay at Mercy Emerald Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and worth the price. What made it even better was the location—perfect for a long-term stay. It’s close to everything you’d need, including food spots, coworking-friendly cafés, laundry services, and grocery stores.
The downsides? Breakfast was mediocre—served the exact same thing every day with limited options, though that didn’t bother me much. The gym, unfortunately, looked more like an abandoned storage room, so if fitness is a priority for you, you might be disappointed.
As for the WiFi, it was pretty bad in my room (503), barely getting one bar. That said, it’s enough for regular streaming and light browsing, but if you need a strong connection for heavy usage like video calls or large file uploads, I’m telling you now—it won’t be enough.
That said, the staff was amazing—very attentive, accommodating, and providing the level of service you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Despite the minor inconveniences, my stay was overall comfortable.
Would recommend if you prioritize location and service over amenities like gym and...
