ENJOY HOME hotel & apartment — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I am very fortunate. I've travelled to many places, stayed in all kinds of hotels, had all kinds of experiences good and bad.

I can safely say this was the kindest, sweetest, most helpful, thoughtful and caring service I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such joy and enthusiasm. Nothing is too much trouble and you are always welcomed with a smile.

Within a couple of days, I extended my stay by a week. Unfortunately, I became ill and needed to isolate for a few days. The support and help I was given was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I was brought bottles of water, fruit, fresh orange juice and food unprompted and uncharged. When you are feeling low, these gestures are so appreciated. I cannot praise the staff here enough.

I must mention Lan in particular. She is the public face of the hotel, the person you will probably see the most. Her joyful smile and enthusiasm will make you feel at home immediately. She deserves huge credit not only for being incredibly hard working and excelling at her job, but also for being a wonderful human being. She helped me so much, I will never forget her kindness.

The hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable rooms. A few minutes from the beautiful beach but off the main road, so quiet of an evening. The value for money is outstanding. It's hard to fault anything.

The room was spotlessly clean! I was so glad. I enjoyed the room on the 2nd floor. Was functional for me. I visited another more well-equipped and endowed room from the next-door homestay (which was nice and clean), but this room was more cozy and comfortable to me. It did feel like home. The mini hotel is tucked in an alley so it was quiet, and I had an easy peaceful sleep. The owner is so attentive and conscientious, she cared a lot about providing a reliable and trustworthy service. Lan felt like a Vietnamese Mom during my whole stay. She went above and beyond to fill my needs and for any problems that I encountered. Always caring and being a sweetheart.

Regarding the rooms—they have the exact comfort that one needs. The beds are really comfortable, it’s clean, the room itself is super cozy and it has everything you pretty much might need during your stay. The rooms are located in a quiet street, so there are no noise problems.
