Quite disappointed with the buffet tonight!
Sashimi and chilled seafood was good, but after that everything went downhill…
Where to start? Not in any particular order
the soy sauce ran out at the sashimi station and we had to wait 10+ min before it was refilled.
char shui pork noodle soup: noodle was hard and tasteless and don’t get me started on the pork! The soup itself was good though
crispy pork: the skin was so hard you might need a dentist on standby!
ma puo tofu: taste was bad, making it spicy doesn’t mean it’s ma puo tofu!
BBQ station: the lone portion of the dinner that was acceptable! Calamari was good, but fish was undercooked!
ice cream: just about all the ice cream were frozen, and by that point I just gave up!
The restaurant was less than 1/5 full during dinner and they had plenty of waiters working but the speed at which they cleared empty plates leave much to be desired!
All in all, unless they drastically improve the food and service, please avoid at ALL costs!

I stay frequently at Conrads and other prime Hilton properties and Brasserie Nam at Da Nang Hilton is on par with any of those... I highly reccomend their Breakfast Buffet and I'm sure...
