Gourmet Bar — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

If you're looking for a good Pho restaurant, this would be the place I highly recommend. It is clean and services good. The Pho I talked about is the special they have , where they use stone bowl and heat it very hot so you can cook the raw meat. Most importantly, Their soup base is the best that I have tasted. You can tell, if the soup base you take home and put it in the refrigerator and turned to jello like. When the soup can turn into jello like solid, after it gets put in the refrigerator. It shows the chefs know how to make good soup base for the Pho. So You know right away that they didn't add water to their soup. Even their regular Pho, the soup base is better than what other restaurants serve. And I already tried five to six different Pho restaurant around here. They also have a great mango shaved ice. Other items on the menu The flavor it's acceptable. More importantly , at least their kitchen is clean and food are fresh. Any beef that they serve are not very tender, but basically it's the same with all other restaurants near here. Beef in Vietnam are very tough and hard to chew. Recently, I had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the Gourtmet Bar restaurant on the first floor of Novotel Danang hotel. I must say that it was a truly wonderful experience. The dishes are truly diverse, not only creative but also rich in flavor. The space is cozy and inviting, making this the perfect destination for a delicious, fun meal with friends or relatives. Both the food and service here are great! On this trip, I chose the Novotel hotel to enjoy and dine here.
