Can’t say enough about how good this rental agency is. Honest, incredibly helpful, and fair. We rented a motorcycle one-way from Da Nang to Hue. They helped with all aspects, and were very communicative. Everyone we dealt with spoke great English, which is a nice bonus for travelers. They transferred two of our bags to Hue as well.

Unfortunately, on the way to Hue, after the Hai Van Pass, we were hit by another Vietnamese rider. The accident was 100% their fault (I’ve ridden thousands of miles in Vietnam and am no stranger to its traffic). Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt, just damage to the motorcycle and my nerves after my first accident on a motorcycle in 30 years of riding.

Chung and his team were very responsive, talked to the other rider and gave us great advice on how to handle everything. We went to a local mechanic to fix immediate damage, and made it to Hue without any further issues, and they had a new bike ready and waiting for us while they repaired and checked the other one. We shared the cost of the remaining repairs with the shop (at their polite suggestion), which we thought was more than fair, as many other shops would have insisted we pay for everything, and would have charged more than we were charged.

Ultimately, we were very lucky to escape the accident with a few bruises, and easily repaired damage to the motorcycle. Thanks to Chung and his team, when we return to Da Nang and Hue, this will be the agency...

Look no further if you are looking for bike rental! Rent a manual bike Yamaha FZi for 2 days from Hue to Hoi An then back to Da Nang. These guys were great from start to end. Prices are clear on their website (no fear of being unfairly charged) and they are available on WhatsApp almost all the time.

Bikes were in perfect condition. My first bike had a battery issue and they were quick to send guys to my location within 30min and change the bike for me. For a lady who know nuts about mechanics, it was great to know support is always around :)

Return was flexible as they have offices along the route if you are planning to do Hai Van Pass. After I returned the bike in Da Nang, the guys offered me a free lift to to my next destination and gave me a short tour around the city! This extra effort really made the difference and you can feel they enjoy their job. I'm sure they offer great easy rider option as well!
