Menu is foreigner friendly, but feels like tourist tax is factored in. Prices are transparent but on the higher end.

Food is bland imo and doesnt really match whats on the menu- the seafood on my seafood fried rice is tiny as compared to the menu.

Passed by again during dinner rush and the store is empty while surrounding stalls are at least 50% occupied.

All the good reviews come from foreigners. No local people would eat at this place. The price is ridiculous - a plate of fried rice for 90k? I had the chicken pho which is on the cheaper side and the broth is full of MSG, the chicken is old and chewy. I should have known better since this place is always almost empty compared to the other two...

Nice little place for a meal. Seating is by the street, the beef stew with bread is delicious. Seafood fried rice and fried spring rolls are both not bad too, the fried noodles was a little underwhelming wasn't expecting Maggi noodles. Overall a nice meal.
