Food wasn't that bad, but the staff was really unprofessional. According to the internet the restaurant should be closing at 10pm, we came at 9pm and we even asked the staff if they are still open, they said yes. So we ordered the food and drink and even before that u can see that the staff was impatient as they want to close as soon as possible and they were already cleaning all the stuff from the tables. When they brought our food they didn't even tell us the name of the food or say anything else, just put the food on the table and leave. They didn't even put all the food that we ordered on the list, so we missed one dish. I get that they were tired from working all day, but still they should do their job properly and at least at the end of ordering food go over the list one more time to make sure. We were dissapointed by this all, because we felt pressured to eat as fast as possible and the leave asap. The only person who was trying to be nice was the young male waiter, the girls...

In fact, the staff were the reason why this isn't a 1-star because they were relatively friendly. If you are craving for Thai food, you're going to leave this place unhappy. Tomyum tastes like fish water, without a single hint of what you would expect from tomyum. Lime steamed fish was almost flavourless. Pineapple fried rice tastes just like normal, coloured rice. To end off, I understand that it is a Thai restaurant which isn't at the country where it's originated from, but this really is a poor rendition of Thai food. I would say that I'm judging this at minimal standards, yet it still fails to score a pass. I tried to justify this standard by thinking that the chef was in a rush, but we were actually told to wait 20 minutes for our food (which we were glad to, so waiting time is NOT the root of...
Read moreI visited the restaurant at 11:05 AM when it was relatively quiet. Unfortunately, I found the service staff to be inattentive and in need of proper training to meet hospitality standards.
The waiting times were as follows: Ordering: 18 minutes (I had to call the staff to place my order). Appetizer (Fish Cake): 16 minutes. Salad (Papaya Salad): 13 minutes. Main Course (Pad Thai): 14 minutes. Dessert (Sticky Rice): Despite reminding the staff, I waited over 20 minutes for a small portion of sticky rice. Due to time constraints, I had to cancel the dessert.
I chose this restaurant because of its "Thai Select" award, which sets high expectations for quality and service. While the food may meet the standard, the service experience fell short and requires significant improvement to align with the reputation associated with such...
