I spent 2 nights staycation here to try out this new hotel during the TRAMI storm last weekend. The price is reasonable for a boutique hotel; they were generous in offering me a late check-out when it was raining heavily in the effect of the storm on my departure date. I found the style and decoration of this hotel really match my taste - Minimalism - not too much, nor too little.
Location: Located just opposite the Pink church, convenient to anywhere in this city center. A few minutes walk to Han market.
There are many restaurants, coffee, and spas nearby. Also, a family medical is within walking distance as well. In short, you can reach anywhere from here.
Room: Mine was a Premium Lavish room, size about 30sqm, suitable for up to 2 pax, if you have children, I recommend booking two rooms as the bed size seems like Queen size, not King size. My room has a bathtub, which I love most as I can relax after a long Friday at work. Amenities come with toothbrushes only, the other stuff, like cotton buds, shaving kit, or shower cap, can be collected at the small complimentary corner in the lobby. The TV in the room does not have cable channels yet, but you wouldn't need it cuz it provides access to Netflix, HBO, Disney+, K+, VTVGO, YouTube, etc. Perfect for chilling out on a stormy day.
Facilities: The hotel is new, they have a coffee shop - Indigo - in the lobby, which is not owned by the hotel. The restaurant has not been opened yet. But they provide entertainment such as billiards, co-working space plus a facial store & 5th floor has a small GYM. Complimentary laundry self-service with a washer, dryer & handheld steamer, very convenient. You can find the hotel's recommendation of what to eat, to do, and to go in Danang near the laundry area.
Staff: staff are attentive, in multiple languages English - Chinese - Korean, very active and friendly. They check on you every time they meet you. The customer service team will contact you upon arrival, during your stay, and after check-out, just to be in touch and offer help if needed.
Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Danang city...
Read moreI gave M Village Đà Nẵng Centre an overall 5-star rating, mainly because of Ms. Linh (GM) and her expertise in hotel management and hositality. She is professional, quick problem-solvers, and attentive to guests.
The room was well-designed, offering enough space for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, with options that fill you up. The hotel maintains a professional atmosphere, and the combination of warm and cool tones creates a truly eye-pleasing aesthetic.
However, the booking process needs improvement. The booking department and customer service in HCMC did not clearly inform us about the ongoing construction, which caused some unexpected noise and not so good view for the room we planned to stay. This created a gap between marketing and reality—not misleading, but clearer descriptions would help set better expectations. This also puts extra stress on the team in MVillage Da Nang Centre, who then have to handle guest concerns on-site.
Tom, the receptionist was good and helpful. However, the rest of the reception team, especially the female staff, could improve in handling feedback. Instead of offering direct solutions, they mostly used marketing photos as an excuse, which didn’t feel entirely reassuring. Their response came across as a pushback, giving guests the feeling and impression/inference that, "Oh, guests, that’s your choice, not our fault."
(2) and (3) To cut a long story short, thankfully, once again, Linh proved to be an experienced GM by stepping in and proposing solutions. 🙏🙏🙏🌸🌸🌸🌸
Overall, M Village Đà Nẵng is worth a return visit for past guests and a great choice for first-time visitors. It offers a home-like atmosphere with thoughtful design, spacious and comfoce laundry, a water station, a shared kitchen, and a pantry. Definitely a place worth...
Read moreThis stay made us believe in the M Village brand. Staff were responsive, polite and helpful. Room was clean and the bathroom had everything you might need. Loved the free laundry area - especially since we are on a long trip in Vietnam. Location is conveniently located amidst a slew of massage places and eateries. View from the room was terrible but we didn’t leave the curtains open very often. You get a great view of the Dragon Bridge from the breakfast area though! Reception did warn us that our room might hear loud music from a club nearby but we - even a light sleeper like me - still slept soundly through the night. We’re also realistic about travelling in Vietnam. Generally, its cities are packed due to its architecture - so we’re forgiving on not getting great views or having zero noise at night. For this budget, M Village hits the sweet spot imho.
We had free breakfast provided but as with many hotels this can be a hit or miss. This time, it was a miss (that’s why service is 4 stars instead of 5). We ate some fruits and bread, then headed out for our first meal for the day like we planned to anyway.
Our next stop in Vietnam was Hanoi where we landed ourselves in a similarly-priced hotel that was abysmal. We quickly booked M Village and scooted over - a great experience again.
For others who are thinking of travelling to Vietnam: I do think M Village is the way to go and great value for money if you’re looking for some reliability in Vietnam accommodation. For whatever reason, Vietnam accomms have obviously inflated, possibly false, reviews on many...
