It was my last night in Da Nang and I wanted an intimate yet casual experience, and this place was it. The thousands of positive reviews across all of its locations, from Vietnam to Cambodia, really speaks to how consistent and good this brand is. I have been following this brand for some time now and I am very impressed by the story, the execution, and the growth of this company. But for whatever reason, every time I made a reservation, life had other plans. Luckily not this time. This is a summary of my first impression.

Food | Cheese Platter, Burrata Ham Salad, Crab Spaghetti, Pizza with 2 choices (Margherita & Soy Garlic Beef)

Drink | Yuzu Original Beeể (Favorite), Dalat Stout

This location is its own separate building which is much better than some of the other locations that are part of a food court. Tables and seating areas are well situated, with enough room to stretch your arms and to feel intimate at the same time. I personally enjoy watching the cooking process, so I had requested to be sat in front of the oven. And it was the perfect spot, warm and entertaining.

Our server was excellent, and that was one of the highlight of the dinner. She took great care to go over the menu, fully understood my request to have the meal delivered in 3 stages, and was present whenever needed. I also noticed how well coordinated other staff were. Everyone seems to know their role and performed it effortlessly. This speaks to the high standards, training, and management that takes place here.

I don’t consider myself a foodie. However, I do come from a family of chefs and cooks. And I have worked in the kitchen long enough to know what a good meal tastes like. The cheese platter was great. The Brie was soft and creamy as it should be, the selection of cured meat was good, but wished there was more prosciutto, and other items on the board such as the bread, dried fruits, and jam were very delightful. The burrata salad was the highlight for me. It was so refreshing and tasty that I actually wanted more. The crab spaghetti was okay. The sauce was good, and there was a generous amount of crab meat. It was filling but I’ve had better. Now the pizza, I prefer the margherita over the soy garlic. The soy garlic reminded me of hotpot for some reason and that just didn’t pair well with its predecessor. The dough was excellent, nice pull texture, and well proofed as it should be. Overall, the presentation for every item ordered was exceptional.

Here is my final thought. Forget American staples like Dominos and Pizza Hut, because there’s a new star in town...

I recently had an exceptional dining experience here, and it deserves every star! From start to finish, the evening was filled with beautifully crafted dishes, attentive service, and a cozy, lively atmosphere.

Ambiance & Service: The restaurant has a warm, modern vibe with a comfortable layout perfect for both casual gatherings and special occasions. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive, making us feel truly welcomed.

Starters: The evening began with some beautifully plated starters. The smoked salmon with balsamic drizzle was light yet flavorful, a perfect appetizer to awaken the palate. The grilled seafood skewer on squid ink risotto was not only visually stunning but also a perfect balance of textures and flavors — the charred seafood paired wonderfully with the rich, savory risotto. The burrata with fresh fruit and prosciutto was another highlight — the creamy burrata combined with sweet, juicy fruit and the saltiness of the prosciutto created a refreshing and well-balanced dish.

Main Courses: The pizzas were simply outstanding, with a perfect wood-fired crust and generous, high-quality toppings: • Shrimp and vegetable pizza: Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. • Salmon and seaweed pizza: A creative twist that brought a Japanese-inspired touch to a classic Italian dish. • Mushroom and prosciutto pizza with burrata: Decadent and rich, perfect for cheese lovers.

Each pizza was unique, showcasing both traditional and inventive flavor combinations.

Desserts: To end the night on a sweet note, we had a classic tiramisu that was rich yet light, and a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream that was pure comfort in every bite. Both were beautifully presented and the perfect finish to the meal.

Drinks: The fresh juice and beverage selection were refreshing and paired nicely with the meal.

Final Thoughts: This restaurant excels in every way — from presentation to taste to atmosphere. The menu reflects both creativity and respect for high-quality ingredients. It’s a place I would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal, whether you’re a pizza enthusiast, a seafood lover, or someone who appreciates finely crafted desserts.

Can’t wait to come back and try...

I recently had the chance to try Pizza 4P's in Da Nang, and let me tell you, it was an experience that went way beyond just pizza. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was struck by the unique atmosphere. The indigo-dyed walls and warm lighting created a relaxed and inviting vibe, while the open kitchen allowed me to witness the care and craftsmanship that went into each dish.

Now, onto the pizza! I opted for the four-cheese special, and it was pure magic. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, yet still had a satisfying chewiness. The combination of cheeses was heavenly, offering a variety of textures and flavors that danced on my tongue. My friend, a vegetarian, tried the seasonal vegetable pizza and was equally impressed. The fresh, local ingredients shone through, creating a light and flavorful option.

But Pizza 4P's is more than just pizza. We also tried some of their homemade appetizers, and each bite was a burst of fresh, Vietnamese flavors. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were happy to answer our questions and make recommendations.

Here's what I truly loved: Unique fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese flavors: The menu offered a creative twist on classic Italian dishes, using fresh, local ingredients and innovative techniques. Focus on quality and freshness: You could taste the difference in each bite, knowing that the ingredients were carefully sourced and prepared. Warm and inviting atmosphere: The restaurant had a comfortable and stylish feel, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family.

A few things to consider: Price: Be prepared for slightly higher prices compared to other pizza places in Da Nang. However, the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience justify the cost, in my opinion. Popularity: The restaurant can get quite busy, especially during peak hours. It might be a good idea to make a reservation in advance, especially if you're traveling with a group.

Overall, Pizza 4P's was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang. It's more than just a pizza place; it's a culinary journey that combines fresh, local ingredients, innovative techniques, and a warm,...
