(рус ниже) The food was great, however I was disappointed about the waiter’s service. I had to come to counter 6 times. 1 – when we sat down , there was a waitress which looked at us and then left, I thought she left for menu, but after a couple of minutes she didn’t return. So I had to go to pick up the menu myself 2 – there were 2 menus one for the drinks, the other one for food, so I accidently took only drink, and I had to get up and go again to take the one for the food. 3 – when my family chose what we were going to eat, nobody came and I had to go to the counter to tell my order. 4 – because I couldn’t memorize the whole order for family of three, I had to come back to my family to ask something 5 -because pancakes finished (though it is strange for such café to have pancakes finished at 14.00), I had to go to my table to choose the replacement for pancakes. 6 – then, the sixth time I came up was when I needed to pay, because again no waters were around.

Also there was a strange order of serving the food. We ordered a chicken hamburger, fruit bowl, oatmeal, egg coffee, tea, and 2 different smoothies. First we got a chicken hamburger. Then waitress decided to bring us free water (it is the one that you supposed to get BEFORE getting the food) Then tea came. After that we got bowl and oatmeal but no drinks. When half of our meals were eaten we got smoothies And at the end I got my coffee. Overall I had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee. The café wasn’t busy, just four tables were busy, and mostly with those who were working on computers. I hope this café will change that in future, and teach waiters to be around their customers, not somewhere inside, where it is impossible to ask for something without standing up. But the food was tasty and looked beautiful

Еда была прекрасной, однако я разочарована сервисом этого кафе Мне пришлось 6 раз подходит к кассе 1 - когда мы сели, официантка посмотрела на нас и зашла внутрь, я думала она принесет меню, но нет, пришлось идти за ним самой 2 выяснилось что здесь два меню одно для напитков, а второе для еды. Я случайно взяла только напитки, пришлось встать за едой 3 – когда мне нужно было сделать заказ, я снова подошла чтоб его перечислить 4 – из за того что я не смогла запомнить весь заказ на семью из 3 человек мне пришлось выйти и вернуться к столу, чтоб уточнить и снова вернуться к официантке 5 – из за того что не было блинчиков, (хотя в кафе в 14.00 они должны быть) мне пришлось идти снова и согласовать с заменой блюда 6 – шестой раз мне пришлось подходить когда нужно было оплатить

Также была очень странная подача еды Мы заказали: куриный бургер, фруктовый боул, кашу, яичный кофе, чай и два разных смузи. Сначала нам принесли куриный бургер Затем официант принесла бесплатную воду (которую приносят обычно ДО еды, в самом начале) После этого принесли чай, и затем принесли фруктовый боул и кашу – но напитков не было. Когда мы уже закончили половину наших блюд нам принесли наши смузи. И еще после принесли кофе. В итоге мне пришлось кофе ждать 20 минут. Загрузки у ресторана не было, мы сидели на улице, и в целом было еще столика 4 занято, но в основном теми кто работал за компьютером.

Я надеюсь что кафе учтет мои замечания и поменяет их в будущем, а также научит официантов работать, потому что клиент не должен бегать сам к официанту, но он должен быть на видно и...

We have been quite regular customers since we got to Danang 1 year ago...and we liked it quite much. Not to the extend of saying its 5* ... therefore the food has never been good enough. However, the last 3 visits were a disaster! Why so? Well, we came here to have breakfast but it ended all the three times with a waiting time between 45-60minutes and all the times my English Breakfast was served with COLD sausages, COLD bacon, COLD vegetables and one time even cold egg. Tables were not cleared! Waiting time for self-order at the counter 10-15minutes... Drinks getting served quite far after 10-15 minutes.... So in short, THANK YOU but NO THANK YOU! This today was our last visit! I can only recommend to stay away unless you got 1 hour time for order and receiving cold food that is supposed to be served hot. Last but not least.... the service was even touching my food when I complained that the bacon was cold.... Our recommendation, go other places in Danang, there are plenty who offer much better service...
