Avoid apartment 401 at all cost

I recently stayed in this apartment for 1.5 months, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The agent and owner lied repeatedly throughout my stay. They promised to install a curtain to separate the kitchen for privacy, which was important as I rented the place with my friend. Despite their promise to install it the day after I moved in, it wasn't done for the entire month, despite my numerous requests. And when they did install it, it wasn’t covering most of the glass!

Additionally, the spray bidet was broken, and they assured me it would be fixed the next day. It remained broken for the entire duration of my stay, with the agent and owner constantly providing different excuses and false assurances.

The soundproofing is abysmal. Loud music plays all night until 5 AM almost every day, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

When checking out, I was shocked to find that they deducted 200k for electricity for the 12 hours I stayed until my move-out date. My average monthly usage was only 66k, and my friend had moved out a week earlier, so the charge was completely unjustified.

The drain in the shower clogs, even after I tried to apply chemicals to unclog it.

There is no cleaning service included, and they don’t provide any cleaning supplies. I had to buy my own broom and other necessities.

The only positive aspect of this place was the reception staff, who were friendly but had nothing to do with the rental process.

Save yourself the headache and find a different...

This hotel is budget mid-range class of hotel and is fairly good value for money. I chose to stay here mainly because they are pet friendly (with no additional charges for the privilege) and also for its location (5-10 minute walk to the beach). The surrounding streets are full of bars, cafes, restaurants, and mini-marts, along with other shops. The hotel has some motorbike parking available outside (large umbrellas are the only covering), has an on-site laundry, a coffee shop (on the second floor) and a small elevator to access the floor levels. My allocated room was spacious, clean, and functional, though modestly furnished (a bedside table with lamp, a desk with chair, built in robes, large mirror, and a low bench top/counter with a small fridge). My room was air-conditioned, had a flatscreen TV (with Netflix app available), a large comfortable bed (not too soft, and not too hard), and a private bathroom (clean with hot water....but only supplied from a small/medium reservoir- enough for a decent shower if you avoid using the rainshower attachment). The hotel is situated close to a few late night bars, so some noise was audible, but nothing too disturbing (my noisy, rude, inconsiderate neighbour was far more noisy and disturbing....typical problem throughout SE Asia). Housekeeping is done only on request, so don't expect daily servicing unless you ask for it each day. Overall, I had no real complaints and enjoyed my 5 nights stay at the hotel, and was worth the price I paid (2.95 million...

Снимали апартаменты 4 месяца. Как отель, возможно, данное место достаточно неплохое. Хорошее расположение, отдельные номера. Но как апартаменты это однозначное нет! Началось всё с того, что перед заселением нам обещали и парковку для мотоцикла и прачечную из нескольких стиральных машин.(в апартаментах нет стиральной машины). В итоге парковка сначала была, но в один прекрасный день обнаружили свой мотоцикл со сломанной фарой на улице. На что персонал на нас наорал и сказал, что это наши проблемы. По поводу стиральной машинки. Прачечную не сделали, была одна машинка и одна сушилка на 12 этажей. Как в общежитии каком то. После убрали и их. Открыли прачечную и сказали, что стирать теперь только за деньги. В итоге нет парковки и машинки стиральной тоже нет. Когда была одна стиральная машина, то мы стояли в вечной очереди чтоб постирать вещи. Владелец просто закрывал глаза на все и говорил ссори. В итоге одна из жильцов создала чат, что бы всем было удобно. Владелец и пальцем не пошевелил. Что касается самих апартаментов. Мы снимали 1BR апартаменты. Изначально нам отправляли фото, где в обоих комнатах есть окно, но по факту окно только в одной комнате. Если брать двухкомнатные апартаменты, то там окна выходят на шумную улицу и спать было невозможно ( со слов соседей). У наших апартаментов было в другую сторону окно , было тихо (относительно). Апартаменты совершенно новые, но ремонт сделан настолько отвратительно, что начали расти ГРИБЫ. Нас не было неделю дома, вернулись, а нас ждут грибы. Плесень тоже была. Проблема в ванной, постоянно шла вода в спальню из ванной. Слив не работает!! Когда нас за топило , то менеджер просто не отвечал и мы с температурой пытались все это убрать. После было коронное «ссори». При уборке постоянно без спроса трогают вещи, берут расходные материалы (бумага, тряпки), которые не предназначены для уборки. В контракте было прописано, что выдаются столовые приборы , тарелки, стаканы на 2 персоны. В итоге за 4 месяца нам так и не донесли на вторую персону ничего. Естественно сказали «ссори», а потом вообще сказали , что ничего не обещали.

Подводя итоги: отвратительное место для проживания. Обещают много всего, после подписания договора говорят, что нет ничего не обещали. Ну и на все проблемы тебе говорят «ссори». Сломали байк - ссори, не можете постирать вещи три дня - ссори, на все проблемы -ссори. Но при всех этих возмущениях ( возмущались не только мы) они умудрялись поднимать цену. И вместо решений проблем устанавливали музыку в лифте. И если вы будете слишком много жаловаться, то вас просто будут игнорить.

Поэтому «ссори», но ваши апартаменты...
