Horrendous Service and Unacceptable Behavior

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this café on the morning of July 29th. The staff’s behavior, particularly the three male servers, was disgraceful and unprofessional. Their attitude was nothing short of mocking and disrespectful, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and unpleasant. One specific male server (as highlighted in the attached image) stood out for his shockingly inappropriate and cocksure demeanor. His behavior was the epitome of unprofessionalism and outright rudeness.

Instead of providing service with respect and courtesy, these servers treated me with a mocking tone, making inappropriate jokes and acting in a way that was completely unbecoming of any establishment that claims to value its customers. This experience left me feeling humiliated and angry, and I will never return to this café.

To anyone considering visiting this place, especially international guests, I strongly advise against it. The staff’s appalling attitude and the lack of professionalism will ruin your experience. This café clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction, and the staff’s behavior, especially that of the individual I’ve called out, is a testament to this.

Contemporary & chill café that is full of what seems to be tourists and expats, drawn by the impressive menu. We didn’t eat any of the food, but saw plenty of dishes served all looking delicious and fresh. Looking forward to returning to try some of their menu items.

Service was rather slow and those assisting seemed flustered and not as friendly as expected. Possibly they were short staffed or busier than expected as later another team member arrived, apologised profusely for the long wait and quickly arranged our drink.

Peanut Caramel Coffee was ordinary, wasn’t expecting peanut butter at the bottom and had very little caramel flavour. Coconut coffee was good, though nothing exceptional or memorable. Bonus was you were served an entire bottle of filtered water at the table.

Will return to try their food as this looked appealing and seemed to be what attracted most guests. Prices were higher than most cafes in the area (for coffee), but it’s definitely more of an upmarket establishment that warrants...

An amazing cafe, would be here everyday for brunch if i could. They serve all day breakfast. Would recommend everyone to come get brunch here if you're tired of viet food or would just like a cosy area to get brunch. Ordered the:

✨Eggs benedict 🥓 5/5, nothing special but just a good ol' eggs benedict, nothing to pick on! Just that their plate could switch to a smaller one so that it'll look more aesthetic (since there's quite a bit of space)

✨Green detox 5/5, not a choice for many but i feel that i needed that detox from all the food i've been eating and this taste good, not green, just remember that there's celery so if you don't eat celery do not order!

✨Avocado smoothie 10/5!!! This takes the W home, it taste really good, not too sweet, very creamy and it's filling as well. The coconut fragrance was really good in this one. I would recommend everyone to get this!! My personal...
