If you're a foreign tourist and reading this to decide whether if you should go there: yes. Shouldn't go there after 5PM, though. It's crowdy in the evening. You'll have to wait forever for the rice paper. So far I've only seen the mother and her daughter(s) do the cooking, so it take long to order. This is my favorite place since I was a college student. I go there every time I went back to Dalat. It doesn't has a good location & the place look small & uncomfortable sitting but trust me you won't regret trying their grilled-rice-paper!
