In Dalat, a culinary gem awaits all food enthusiasts: Bánh Tráng Nướng, known locally as Dalat Pizza. This unique street food delicacy has captured the hearts and palates of both locals and tourists alike. With its tantalizing aroma, crispy texture, and mouthwatering flavors, Dalat Pizza offers a delightful twist on the traditional concept of pizza.

If you’re visiting Da Lat and looking for the best bánh tráng nướng (Vietnamese grilled rice paper), Bánh Tráng Nướng Di Ninh is the place to go. This popular street food spot is well-known among locals and tourists for serving some of the crispiest and most flavorful bánh tráng nướng in town.

What makes Di Ninh stand out is the perfect balance of crunch, flavor, and fresh ingredients. The rice paper is grilled over charcoal until golden and crispy, then topped with a generous mix of ingredients like minced pork, quail eggs, green onions, dried shrimp, and creamy cheese. You can even customize your toppings to suit your taste. Each bite is packed with smoky, savory goodness, making it the ultimate street food experience in Da Lat’s cool weather.

The stall itself is simple but always busy, a sign of its well-earned reputation. Service is fast and friendly, and the prices are very affordable, making it an excellent choice for a quick and delicious snack. Since it’s a street-side spot, seating is limited, but that only adds to the authentic local atmosphere.

If you’re in Da Lat, don’t miss the chance to try Bánh Tráng Nướng Di Ninh—it’s a true taste of the city’s vibrant street...

If you feel like trying Banh Trang but don’t feel comfortable enough to buy from random street vendors. THIS is the shop to go to- though it’s by the street but the environment is relatively clean.

Price is very cheap and service is fast. It’s a giveaway that you’re a tourist if you only order one pancake and soy bean. Because the local usually order STACKS of it lol.

The bottom part of the pancake is very crispy.

PSA: quail egg is high in (good) cholesterol.

The yellow looking version is “EGG+sausage+ cheese..”

The very crispy looking version is quail egg ONLY.

If you want to try the version with 5(?) quail eggs on it (what the locals love ordering), that’s the item with both “egg and fried (quail)...
