During our 5-night stay at the Colline Hotel in Dalat, we happened upon this charming little bar, and it quickly became a highlight of our trip. The atmosphere was lovely and inviting, perfect for unwinding with a glass of the superb local Dalat Sauvignon Blanc. We also enjoyed an exquisite cheese board, which complemented the wine beautifully. The staff were outstanding, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. We had a perfect night at this lovely bar! It's a small, cozy, and charming wine bar that brings a European atmosphere to Vietnam in the best way possible. They have a huge variety of great wines and offer matching cheese platters. You can immediately notice they've paid attention to every little detail, ensuring everything is precise and beautifully designed.
