Despite how good location this hotel was, IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. the receptionists were not welcoming. the bellhop didn't even help us get our stuff upstairs, they just left our stuff in the lobby and let us carry upstairs by ourselves. they were just smoking and on their phone. we booked a lake view room, what we got was an old, smelly room that had a pond full of garbage view (which they claimed that was the lake view). not only that, the room had a door that connected with the other room. we told them that we were not comfortable to stay in that room because there was no privacy, their answer was no one can open the door except them, because there was only 1 key. after we got pretty annoyed, they agreed to accommodate us to a different room that had no door in between. however, the new room was still pretty smelly, it had a very moldy smell. the bathroom was also moldy and dirty. the tv was old and had a bad reception. I had to reprogrammed it 3 times for it to work. after that incident with the receptionists, seemed like they didn't want us there. no one was smiling or greeting us when we came in, all they did were staring at us. they placed a coffee station in the lobby for guests, that was very nice of them. however, there was a dead fly in the condensed milk. we were looking for a nice, quite hotel but what we got was old, noisy hotel. I guess they were doing repair for the hotel. however, it was too early to start repair at 8 ish. this hotel doesn't even deserve as 4 star hotel. we got more stress...
Read moreThe “Kings” hotel leaves much to be desired. The TV reception was consistently poor, the WiFi signal was weak and kept dropping off, and the front desk staff displayed a disappointing level of rudeness. When I asked for extra toilet paper she gave me a look like she wanted to charge me extra. To make matters worse, the in-room air conditioning unit had a condensate line draining on to the bathroom floor, creating an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe environment. The decor was outdated (wood paneling and wallpaper from the 1970’s). The rooms were small, and the hallways felt uncomfortably warm due to the interior rooms AC units mounted in the hallway (see photo). Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, further diminishing the overall experience. Also, note the price list for every item in the room (see photo). This shows you the type of people they are expecting to stay here where they have to warn you not to steal items from the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to these numerous issues, there are many more options in Da Lat in this...
Read moreI have personally stayed at better motels than this place, unfortunately my stay was not nice. I found that the rooms were very old and moldy(the washroom). It was very difficult to be comfortable. Even the cable for the TV just didn't work well it was super fuzzy, and I personally had to reprogram the tv over and over again. I was really surprised to see that this hotel had really high reviews. For the breakfast I skipped each day, I just didn't enjoy the options, unfortunately. For some reason, I don't know if it was the coffee spot or the neighbors, but the loud music was actually grueling. Personally, I would never stay here again. On a plus side free tea and coffee bar, and it is really close to all the cool...
