Lee's Pizza House — Restaurant in Da Lat City

Terrible service and an arrogant staff member.

When we arrived, no greeting from staff. They totally ignored us so… okay, we went upstairs.

Again no staff members greeted us upstairs and just threw the menu to us.

I requested one small change to an item I wanted to order (chilli sauce with french fries to be changed to cheese sauce). However i was told this would be impossible and was offered (cheap) ketchup or mayo as an alternative.

Why can one kind of french fries with one sauce be possible, but it cang change for another french fries?

Even worse, another staff member tried to apologise to us, but the staff member who was dealing with us, said we didn’t deserve an apology.

Obviously we left without ordering anything. This restaurant does not even deserve 1 star, i would give it 0 if I could.

As the manager is lying, the alternative fried were not more expensive because of the sauce, but because they had bacon.

I wasnt trying to cheat anyone. Just change a sauce.

Dont go to this place. You can see very well how the boss responds to criticism. Insulting...

Service shocking, we arrived late so saw this pizza joint open and empty and thought we would give it a try. The lady was nice and even tho there was a language battier our old friend Google translate stepped in and we ordered a pizza and a lasagna. The pizza arrived .. but not the lasagna, fair enough the pizza was big enough for the 2 of us .. then 40 minutes later as we were about to leave and ask for the bill THE LASAGNA ARRIVED ?? What 40 minutes after the pizza ?? This is shocking, we were the only ones to be served!! Please please try to bring the food out as close as possible.

That’s not it .. please question the 5 start reviews… why ?? They bribe you with a free .. oops their marketing strategy ( as they call it ) off you a free dessert in exchange for a 5 star review.. make of that what you will.

We were staying opposite this pizza house and would have returned.. but with service like that I think not. As my wife who is a seasoned foody complained everything tasted of a very strong local herb which...

What an unfortunate bad experience. The place looks nice and the music made us feel good when we entered. We asked for 2 soups as a starter and a pizza to share as our main course but we got all 3 dishes at the same time. No problem, must have been the language barrier.

But the food was not good. We both took one spoon of the soups and it had no taste. Please revisit the recipe for these. The (cheese) pizza was ok, but wouldn't recommend it.

We were confused by the high rating on Google Maps, but when we flipped the card on the table, it started to make sense. "Free icecream when you give 5 stars".

After, we also saw 'bad' reviews of people who had similar experiences and the responses by the owner shocked me. Instead of taking it as feedback to improve, they got passive aggressive and defensive. It shows little professionalism, so I would avoid the place in the future.
