I would never come back to this restaurant again. What a nightmare customer service! I called them from Sat to reserve a table for Sun evening, and when I came, they said I didn't have any reserved table. I think the woman on the phone line mistakenly reserved a table at Sat although I repeatedly told her that I'm asking for a table for tomorrow (Sun). But that was just a start. Customer service is really bad, looks like they had a lot of waiters but they didn't work efficiently, I have to call them several times because they forgot some dishes in my order (at that moment, there weren't too much customers). At the end, I asked them for extra soup for our hotpot because it's getting dry. There were 2-3 waiters heard and they said yes yes yes but no one would ever bring us any extra soup. I am not a big fan of mushrooms and we had the mushroom hotpot for the whole family there. The Greek ice cream for dessert was awesome. Very good service, the waitress assisted with cooking the hotpot and even served portions to each family member. This part I am impressed with. Street-view seat is the best choice. I love all kinds of mushroom here. Chicken hot pot is highly reccomended. I love the boneless chicken. The staff is nice and helpful. They give me the good information of the food and help me to share the portion to each.
