NB Apartment — Hotel in Hà Nội

The Staff were friendly. Early check in was easy going. The Apartment was quite nice but the Badroom had some mock due to humidity. But the location is inconvenient. It is not too far from the Hoan Kiem Lake, but it is very noisy, all day and night, because it locates near to a busy Main Street - Kim Ma street. We were disappointed, that some reviews on booking.com said that it’s quiet 😅. No way to be quiet in the apartment even we closed the door. The balcony was very dusty and no chair or table to sit down. It was not relaxed to stay in the apartment. And the Bed was very hard, covered with plastic. That was not good for sleeping. Me and my girlfriend had initially booked a month long stay here via airbnb. However upon arrival we were greeted by 2 cockroaches and a room which did not seem cleaned beyond a being swept and having the sheets changed. Cupboards were covered in filth and cobwebs, stains on the walls. Therefore we stayed the night and left in the morning. The host nam, gave us a refund quickly and was apologetic at first. I was really happy with my stay at this apartment. It is located in a serviced area and close to the old town. The apartment is extremely clean and quiet (perfect for sleeping). The mattress is a little hard, but nothing special. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free unlimited drinking water is available on the ground floor. Overall, great value for money.
