My first experiences of Dieu's Cuisine were amazing. Dieu and the team have such passion for what they do. After speaking with Dieu about how much time, effort and energy they take in sourcing the most natural, high quality ingredients from only the most select suppliers, I am in awe of the job they're doing. I never visited the previous location, but the new restaurant is gorgeous. The views across the lake are incredible, and inside it's fresh and pretty, with a personal touch.
It's the story of Dieu's Cuisine that is so hard not to fall in love with, and the fusion food is such a delight. Hearing of the challenges that Dieu and the team encountered when setting up the new restaurant, for example building contractors missing targets and leaving the team to work through the night to open when originally scheduled, I feel great connection to the restaurant and feel obligated to support it as best as possible.
The meals I ordered were wonderful, and I know there are many other equally satisfied customers!
Dieu's Cuisine will be a gem in the crown of Tay Ho, and a visit to taste their fusion dishes and support their journey is greatly recommend. Great work Dieu...
Read moreGreat location but quite expensive for what it is! I was looking forward to the reopening after reading all the reviews and today we went to try it. Already knew it will be a fusion but it was just a normal Vietnamese food, like street food. we had broccoli and mushrooms.. and ended up being mix veg with few mushrooms.... and lots of capsicum, which I dont eat.. so was dissapointing. Second we had lemongrass chilli pork.. was nice but not spicy at all... even ate a chilli (and I normally don't) and was 0 spipy. The fried veggie spring rolls tasted just like fried oil and the sauce was ordinary.. and again not spicy. The portion of rice smaller than a normal cup you will find in the street food places. They never brought us napkins and the seats even if they were confy... they were missing the pillows.. that were just pilled up in a corner. I still want to five them an other chance... but the food needs to improve.. or the prices should go down. Feelinf very...
Read moreI visited Dieu’s Cuisine Kollektiv after reading some great reviews, and it truly lived up to the praise. The view alone is breathtaking—calm, open, and beautifully refreshing. The food was outstanding—thoughtfully prepared with passion and a clear love for the craft.
The space itself is tastefully decorated, carrying a subtle charm that reminded me a bit of Zurich—elegant yet cozy. The menu is broad, almost overwhelming in the best way, but the team is incredibly helpful—just share your preferences and trust the chef’s recommendation.
They also have a well-curated wine list, lovely cocktails, and even coffee and tea options for a more relaxed visit. A real hidden gem in Hanoi. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends visiting next month. Absolutely...
