I ordered online, and that is the 2nd time they cancelled it …pretexting they cannot have a driver (in a sunny lunch time Saturday day with Grab drivers). Obviously I get immediately a driver when I tried, by myself, to book one ….just after this strange notification (just to check if it was true).

The problem of canceling orders is : you will not receive your payment at the moment they cancelled (but 1 week later, if you receive it…. But until now I didn’t).

It’s so annoying and annoying unfair. Can you imagine you are expecting your order for 20mn, telling you they are in the kitchen preparing it, and then they cancel it? Do you believe this? If they pretending to prepare it so…. Is it a waste ?! Seriously???!

Bad !!!

Update: They contacted me insidiously directly to my “private” and personal phone number (via WhatsApp), and not for a commercial offer (it should’ve to be more professional if must to) but for insane blah blah sorry story. WTH is this kind of harassment for that business...

We booked a table at last minute and still receive very friendly reception. Our dinner was light and simple. We did not order much but everything is just very good. Have to say Furyu has the best tempura coating so far. Light batter but very crispy. The Tonkatsu curry is also a thing to mention. It is served hot with a chunk of tendered beef and has a little kick from the curry's strong flavor. Sashimi is also fresh, too. I have registered to be a member there for the future discount. Về không gian: quán nhỏ, 3tầng, bọn e ngồi tầng3, sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, điều hoà có vẻ ko mát lắm, phòng có cửa kính lớn nhìn đc xuống dưới đường ạ; Về nhân viên: nhẹ nhàng, chịu khó hỏi han và tư vấn khách; Về đồ ăn: Sushi tổng hợp như trong hình, 475k, phải 3-4 người ăn nha, hnay bọn e đi 3ng phải ăn cố ạ, khá tuơi và vừa miệng, có món miếng sushi cá trích hay cá ngừ hơi đậm. Bánh xèo Nhật: ngon, thơm, nhưng cũng hơi đậm vị, bạn e bảo kiểu bánh này phải như thế, 95k. Salad Sabi Sabi hay Sali Sali gì đó: rất ngon, ngọt vừa, thanh nhẹ, cái chóp vàng vàng kia là khoai tây sợi chiên đó ạ, 115k. (đây là salad loại đắt nha, còn hầu hết salad bt chỉ có 60-65k thui ý). Còn các loại cơm và mỳ bọn e ko thử đc vì no quá, huhu. Décor món ăn siêu đẹp. Đồ uống: bình thường. Bọn e gọi 1 cam tuơi và 2nuớc trà gì gì đó tên khó e quên r.
