Space : it seems to be a nice place for laptop ppl. I had many issues with the stability of the Wifi Network tho. Seats at the big table are not comfortable. The seating position is to inclined backward.
Coffee : my espresso was well done but the bean selection is not the best in term of flavors - btw they don't even specify on the menu what type of coffee is used - disappointing for a place putting forward "coffee lab" - taste should matter more than look
Plus : staff frequently refill you glass of water with lemony water. This lemon water is deeply appreciated. The air quality seems good. Good AC and ventilation making a big difference with other places in Hanoi.
Negs : unstable wifi; some staff walk quickly in your back, almost touching you......

There's also a little cosy corner up on the mezzanine where you can sit on the floor. Easy to plot on Grab for a ride in and out too; Convenient 5min walk from the nearest bus stop.
Cocano was great - iced americo with coconut water, comes with slices of coconut. I highly recommend it for a hot day. Very refreshing to have, especially after a day exploring Hanoi on foot.
