Food: 4.5/5 Meat quality is high, it does not get rubbery even after a long time dipped into the broth. Fish fillet tasted great, soft and juiciest ever. 0.5 is missing due to the kinda bland broth. I have never rated Haidilao’s broth to be excellent. But it’s alright to pair with the entire meal because we have the dipping sauce line. Staff’s service: 4/5 They are all polite, helpful, and dutiful. However there is a slight downgrade compared to the other times that I have visited Haidilao.

Service in general: 2.5/5 We finished at around 9.30pm, which I believed is not too late and all the ice-cream ran out. As for the freshly made, they explained that it was finished. Then I went outside to get the packaged one, and they only had chocolate flavour left. The one already scooped out into cups tasted so bad, towards the end of the cup was all ice. The staffs wwere helpless here, of course, i did not expect them to go and fill the ice cream maker but I thought there should be some kind of warehouse for ingredients and such.

Moreover drinks are longer free, you have to pay 10.000vnd complimentary. It’s cheap, however, I feel like when they first came into the market they offered a better service, gave many things for free and now once it’s well-known and doing really well, they are changing their policies. From the add-on payments to the attitudes and their not-ready goods supply, I find Haidilao to be inferior to their old service that was provided sometimes ago.

Of course it’s always hectic here. Dont expect a tranquil, private atmosphere. Everyone dines at Haidilao, even the not so well...

I'm actually shocked how overhyped this place is. We just finished our dinner at this branch, and food and experience didn't worth the time and money.

First, I'd tell who may enjoy this place. I think people who never tried hot pot before won't notice problems with the place, as well as families with children. Babies will laugh a lot seeing performance with noodles, for example! This is where I finish my list.

Space was noisier than a street market. It sounded like they forgot to adjust music volume after one of the performance. At once, there were 3 loud songs playing from different sides, that was a mess!

Food was so so. Soup tasted bland (except Mala), vegetables and meat needed much sauce after cooking which is a bad sign. If I used any sauce at home, my mum would be offended and non't talk to me for days. Fresh food was alright, though!

I expected better food and calmer dinner, especially for a bit over a million...

Thực sự là một trải nghiệm rất tệ ở haidilao Nguyễn Chí Thanh. Bỏ qua chuyện đường đi khó khăn, ngoằn nghèo thì nhân viên khiến buổi đi ăn kỉ niệm của chúng tôi trở nên khó chịu.

Đầu tiên là nhân viên trực hotline, chưa bàn tới chất lượng hotline rất tệ, khó nghe, thì nhân viên cũng nói rất nhanh, díu chữ, không có khoảng nghỉ làm mình thực sự không nghe được gì, 5 câu thì phải 4 câu hỏi lại.

Tiếp đến nhân viên tiếp đón, bạn rất oke nhưng có vẻ hoang mang về việc mình đã đặt bàn, check khá lâu, sau khi mình và người yêu phải nói mấy lần liền là mình đặt chỗ rồi, thì nhân viên mới dẫn vào, và tưởng bên trong đông, kín chỗ, nhưng không :) vào thấy còn rất nhiều bàn trống. 14h quá giờ ăn trưa rồi í.

Tiếp đến nhân viên phục vụ, đều nói rất nhanh và không nghe được gì. Không takecare khách và khách gọi nhờ cũng không quan tâm. Mỗi lần phải đợt đến 10 phút mới hỗ trợ :) đỉnh điểm là 2 lần, 1 lần nhờ lấy bò xay vì line nước chấm không có thì nhân viên cũng thái độ, loanh quanh luẩn quẩn đi qua đi lại mãi mới lấy. Lần thứ 2 mình đang ăn thì nước lẩu bị yếu, có nhờ nhân viên check thì cũng phải nhờ đến lần thứ 2 (sau khi chờ rất lâu) thì bạn cũng mới ra, trước đó bạn đến bàn mình, lấy khay đồ ăn hết rồi quay đi :D không hỗ trợ việc nồi lẩu không sôi.

Tiếp tục là bầu không khí, không biết chỗ bàn mình là chỗ để cốc, để đũa hay như nào, nhưng nhân viên cứ ra, cúi xuống lấy (mạnh bạo luôn), rồi quay lưng đi, không xin phép hay gì, làm bữa ăn cảm thấy rất thiếu riêng tư và tôn trọng.

Đến lúc bọn mình ăn xong thì có tự ra quầy tính tiền, vì xung quanh chả thấy nhân viên, và mình cũng chủ động nhìn số bàn rồi, thì ra đến nơi bạn nhân viên thu ngân cũng thái độ :))))) không xin phép hay được 1 câu anh chị chờ em tí, gọi luôn đàm :D ôi thực sự là 1 trải...
