Hanoi Taco Bar — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I like the food, but seems shop owner doesn't like big group, and neither their staff does. So it's a no-go in the future cuz I always come with friends.

My very 1st time to the shop with a big group of friends for birthday party. Called up before coming and got informed about +5% charge with group of +10 for "better services" - sure what I will need for today! But when try to arrange a whole table, staff said only "in the corner" should it be available. I did not know the floor arrangement so safer choice (I guessed) was to pick 2 tables on window side and asked friends who come first to take care. But when friends came, staff refused to arrange because I made the booking with these ables so they will not arrange anything; then when I came, they said they can arrange the tables in the far end corner of the room and obviously I made the right choice - but, this was not the same respond to my friends. Other female staffs were nice, but a male staff were giving quite an attitude and not supportive

Overall, foods were really good, but I donot recommend any group...

This is the worse experience I ever had.

I ordered lavie and they served me a bottle of water like this one, they could serve tap water I don’t even know.

The tea pot was dirty.

The worst part is there’s nilon in my dish. It was not the first time. The last time I came here, the same thing was in my food.

I showed the server this. The supervisor came and asked for our understanding. No of course I cannot understand. No apology, they offer us another one or a free dessert. I don’t want any of them, we’re full already. And that’s not the attitude I expect from them. The supervisor came to our table second time and asked I whether if they free for us that dish. I said no. Not because I understand, I don’t want them use the tools like that to fix their problems. I get free food and I have to shut my mouth up. They need to review their process not to keep customers silent.

Today I went to taco bar for dinner with my family after lunch last week with my friends. Lunch was good. The mango salsa served with nachos was excellent. I ordered the same today along with other food But it was spoiled. We told the restaurant about it. While we were about to leave after paying the cashier told my husband we put some pineapple and some other things in the salsa may be you don't like the taste. He was not ready to accept that the salsa was spoiled and tried to put the blame on our taste buds. We didn't want to say anything about the salsa but I had to tell him that they have either kept the salsa with the onions out since morning or have used onions kept out for longtime in the fresh salsa. What I didn't like was the smarty pant's attitude who tried to put the blame of bad food on the customers taste buds. Other...
