A great little spot in Hanoi to relax or get some work done. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with beautiful earthy interiors and a layout that balances style with comfort. It was noticeably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience.
I tried the iced coconut coffee and was impressed — the flavor of the beans was rich and well-balanced, and the coconut gave it a refreshing twist. The air conditioning was strong, making it a perfect escape from Hanoi’s heat and humidity. Staff were polite and friendly, though service was a bit on the slower side. This seemed mainly due to the large number of Grab drivers collecting drink orders, which is understandable. Definitely a nice spot for a quiet break or a mid-afternoon caffeine fix.

All in all, really negative experience here from a customer...

Outside seatings are available but not really comfy because they have two heater from AC. If you want to have some Katinat signature drinks, so come. Otherwise pick other...
