Gave us a Taiwanese beef noodle menu right when we sat down and the broth of the special pho that we ordered is not to the standard of what a normal broth should be. Broth is unclear, we asked for 2 cups of water and the staff gave us a bottle, indicating an extra charge. Moreover the charges is unfair for 5000 vnd for each wet tissue? So shall we also be expecting the condiments to be charged as well? If you would like to charge extra you should have clearly reminded your customers and not do it when people are about to leave your store.
