Came here expecting a unique and special pho as they promote it themselves. It's pricier than almost all other places and we left feeling really disappointed. Gave us a Taiwanese beef noodle menu right when we sat down and the broth of the special pho that we ordered is not to the standard of what a normal broth should be. Broth is unclear, we asked for 2 cups of water and the staff gave us a bottle, indicating an extra charge. Moreover the charges is unfair for 5000 vnd for each wet tissue? So shall we also be expecting the condiments to be charged as well? If you would like to charge extra you should have clearly reminded your customers and not do it when people are about to leave your store. Today we visited Phở Inn Lê Thái Tổ. We ordered pho, which was good. After finishing our meal, we received the bill and paid for everything without any issues.

However, after that, we used a wet napkin that was placed on the table, and only after we had paid, a staff member came and informed us that the napkin costs 5,000 VND.
