Thank you for replying to my comment but… it was not due to the cold weather, a pizza doesn’t come cold, It was already cold when they bring to us to eat, the moment it was on the table… the cheese was cold already! So can’t blame on the cold weather! Must be the staff that put the food on the counter too long time before bringing to us… this is the only explanation but… NOOO! It’s not because of the cold weather!

Very very very disappointed, food came all cold, especially the pizza, it was not a napolitain crust but… a mushy wet chewy crust, we have ordered the tartufo pizza but… I can’t feel at all a hint of truffle… even if it should be the oil or real truffle… we can only feel the super hard dry cheese and the mushroom, because the pizza was cold so all the cheese of course was totally hard as well (see the pic). What to say about the pasta, even Al dente shouldn’t be dry and taste not good, I’m sorry but this is a total no to me we just ate 2 bite of pasta and left but the staff or anyone didn’t even bother to ask us what was wrong! And service was not great as well! I do not recommend that place! And I’m staying in Vietnam for 8 years so I’m not a tourist that just came to there to complain.

I may be the last order they prepared today . The pizza was extremely awful. It was cold and felt like was given like leftover. Pasta was about to get cold too. I am feeling betrayed so i felt like writing this review leaving the food aside. Really not cool. I had asked for cutlery and condiments. No condiments were given for pasta. Packaging is not every thing. I hope the business pays respect to this review and improve. What was the point of giving a bag to keep pizza hot. If it was dead cold. Awful experience. ---continued With the new facts given by the restaurant, i would like to see the situation out of thier control for food being cold. Which was one of the major issue for my dislike and plight. I feel better with the clarification. I should have booked for express delivery which never crossed my mind.
