Not your basic ramen you find many places. I always enjoy a good ramen and this place delivered. I give it a solid 4.5 / 5. The flavor of the broth was deep and rich with a slight kick. The noodles were firm and not over cooked. The meat was tender with a delicate layer of fat. The soft boiled egg was fresh, although a little firm for my liking, I prefer soft, runny yoke.
I also has to unagi and it has good flavor. Despite the small portion size, the flavor was great and I could have eaten plenty more. The value is unmatched for the quality of food and service.
The restaurant is upstairs and will accommodate perhaps 15-20 people[ish]. I will be coming back to try more of the sushi and ramen. If you know of a similar good ramen place nearby, please let me know. Enjoy...

And is there a need to place the bowl on the table so roughly as if the bowl had offended her? 😂 anyway, poor customer service and so-so...

I selected Tonkotsu Ramen and it’s didn’t meet my expectation. The broth is so lame. Ramen is overcooked. The dumpling lack crispiness and taste like fried dough.
The service was incredibly unsatisfactory. I noticed them using their hands to make the salad. Moreover, they forgot to bring us Kim Quat, even though it has been available for 5-7 minutes.
I do not...
