Premier voyage au Vietnam, arrivés à Hanoï depuis 5 jours. Nous avons fait ce que nous faisons d'habitude : aller dans les restons bien côtés avec beaucoup d'avis. Problème, beaucoup de touristes ont la même expérience que nous et accordent par un enthousiasme novice une excellente note au premier resto vietnamien qu'ils pensent "authentique". Ici, on a fait une exception, le restaurant "Sabaidee" n'est pas vietnamien, pas dans un coin touristique, petit resto sans pretention, pas vietnamien mais thai, pas beaucoup d'avis... On ne s'attendait à rien d'extraordinaire. Et pourtants ça l'était : pas de sucre ajouté, des un ingrédient super frais, succulents, excellemment cuits. Un poisson entier, un poulpe entier. Des parfums délicieux. Le tout pour un prix équivalent à ces restos sur côtés. Pour ne rien gâcher, vous pouvez manger avec une super vue sur le lac et c'est calme !
