If i could give more than 5 stars i would!!! As an Italian and as a vegan i honestly was so impressed! Even in Italy I haven’t found this kind of high quality vegan pizzas, with such variety of options. The dough was thin and perfectly cooked and the toppings were amazing 😍 we got a margherita (with vegan ricotta instead of mozzarella) and a pizza with pesto and avocado (unusual but really tasty). This restaurants also offers many other types of food (burgers, salads, spaghetti and vietnamese dishes) all with vegan options

We were so surprised that we wanted to ask the chef how he had learnt to make pizza, so the waiter called him and he started to enthusiastically explain with pen and paper how he experimented in making everything from scratch (he makes the dough daily with dough starter fresh, making it rest 72h, also makes homemade mozzarella and vegan ricotta!) and he wants to keep experimenting new recipes and dishes! Chef Tuyên had such a positive and passionate vibe that we wanted to take a picture...

The most passionate Chef in Cat Ba! If you are searching for truly good food in CatBa you have to come here. First I got scared by the „vegan“ written everywhere but they also have amazing dishes for omnivores. We ordered the creamy chicken speghetti and the shakshouka with sourdough bread. The food was amazing. No need to put any sauce or salt or pepper. He cooked it till the end and it was amazing. After ordering the shakshouka, the chef came out and told us that he doesn’t have bell pepper anymore. He asked me if he should put eggplant or zucchini to replace it which I appreciated a lot! The waitress was coming to check if everything is fine serveral times which we also appreciated....

You wouldn’t guess it from the outside, but the vegan pizza here can easily compete with any trendy vegan restaurant in Berlin! I’ve been living in Hanoi for years and have rarely had such amazing vegan Western food. The dough is fluffy and incredibly tasty, you can really taste the fresh tomatoes in the sauce, and the vegan ricotta is a dream! Go check it out — the owner is super kind, it’s not very busy, and it really deserves much more attention. All the tourists always go to those Yummi restaurants...
