Just been to Cashew Tree for the second time during our stay and had another amazing meal. The restaurant is run by a lovely, welcoming family and has an excellent chef. It is not on the main street in An Bang but down a lane off the main street, just past Purple Lantern (we enjoyed this restaurant much more than Purple Lantern), unfortunatley you might miss this place if you did not know it was there.

On our first visit we had calamari and shrimp spring rolls and then pork satay and fried chicken and tonight we had calamari again as it is so good, shrimp with cheese and chicken with lemongrass and chilli. The wedges that come with some meals have a crispy outside with the fluffiest inside! All the food has been delicious. We have another few days left of our stay and this will not be our last visit.
