It’s sad that I have to leave a bad review as it doesn’t seem like a normal issue here from reviews.
If you go here sit next to the kitchen. They do not check on you round the side.
To cut a long story short we waited 1hr and 30mins for food.
We ask 3 times just to check how long over the course but they kept saying “food is coming” we then saw another table that had arrived 10 minutes before (we know because they asked us to move table to accommodate them) get served before us.
Then after the 4th time of asking one of the staff came over and said they lost the ticket. But didn’t apologise and just said “food is coming” again.
When it eventually arrived the food was good. The scallops were excellent so were the fresh spring rolls. The grilled beef with honey and garlic was tasty but too sweet for my taste and I like sweet things generally.
Music choices were good tbf.
Edit: Google won’t let me reply to the below comment. Again I hate to leave bad reviews but this is due.
It is simply not true that you apologised. What was said was “food is coming, the fan blew the ticket, ok?” the words “sorry” or “we apologise” did not happen. Furthermore, if you find out a customer has been waiting 90 minutes since ordering (despite politely asking for an update 4 times) someone should have realised something was wrong. Then at the end of the meal someone should be coming to further emphasise that this was a bad mistake and will not happen again. But instead I had to get up from the table after waiting another 20 minutes after finishing the food (because no one checked in on us) to ask for the bill.
For context, the level of hospitality in Vietnam is second to none. 99% of places would not even let this happen because they come over and check on you to see if you like the food or the drink they make. People here are so friendly and just want to please you. If anyone had checked in they would have seen we didn’t have any food and probably could have gone to the kitchen to ask why it had not been sent out yet.
The restaurant just ignored the people on the side tonight. We watched another family get up and leave after starters because they were waiting so long.
My suggestion is to check in on...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this delightful Vietnamese restaurant, and it was nothing short of a culinary adventure. The ambiance captured the essence of Vietnam, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
From the moment I stepped in, the staff's hospitality was exceptional. They guided me through the menu, offering valuable insights into the flavors and specialties of Vietnamese cuisine. The menu itself is a gastronomic tour of Vietnam, featuring a diverse array of dishes that cater to various tastes and preferences.
I started my meal with the traditional pho, and it exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Each bite felt like a symphony of authentic Vietnamese spices and fresh ingredients.
For the main course, I opted for the lemongrass chicken, a dish that perfectly balanced savory and citrusy notes. The presentation was impeccable, showcasing the chef's dedication to both taste and aesthetics.
To complement the meal, I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was a delightful conclusion to my dining experience. The harmonious blend of strong coffee and sweet condensed milk left a lingering taste that I won't soon forget.
The attention to detail in both the cuisine and service makes this restaurant a standout choice for anyone seeking an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. I left with a satisfied palate and a newfound appreciation for the rich tapestry of flavors that Vietnam has to offer. I highly recommend this gem to fellow food enthusiasts looking to embark on a culinary journey to...
Read moreWe got told about this place by a fellow traveller (thank you Gaby) after seeing the location on here and the reviews it looked promising. We weren’t disappointed- we thought they may be closed as it was about 9.40pm by the time we arrived at the little gap in the busy street, a lovely smiling friendly lady greeted us and pointed the way down a small lane. Here we found a couple sat relaxing taking a break and eating themselves at the time. They welcomed us in and gave us a menu which had so many great dishes on - what a pleasant surprise for us. We chose chicken satay with rice , chicken in lemon grass and ginger, a pot dish chicken with mushrooms plus some duck crispy spring rolls! Quite a lot for two people… a Saigon beer and a Whiskey & coke Our bill 305,000vnd Service was great and the food so tasty. Best meal since being in Vietnam 🇻🇳 Honestly give this cute family place a go and Like us Im sure you’ll be happy...
