Tucked just a street back from the beach, Non Restaurant was a real gem. We stopped in for lunch and the quality of the food and the warmth of the staff made it an enjoyable stop. The waitress was extremely friendly, engaging, and happy to chat — it really added to the charm of the meal.
The dishes were vibrant, fresh, and full of flavor — exactly what you’d hope for in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Everything from the spring rolls to the grilled chicken was beautifully presented and tasted homemade. While there are plenty of restaurants along this street, Non stands out for its relaxed setting, great value, and heartwarming service.
We went back a second time as we were in the area and really enjoyed our dinner. The food was fresh as before and Bim the waitress was amazing she really looked after the customers and made them feel welcome. I hope next time we come back to Vietnam to...
Read moreNons is a family run restaurant which serves delicious fresh Vietnamese food. The restaurant has a lovely welcoming vibe with friendly & prompt service. We visited this local restaurant in the main street of An Bang frequently during our months stay & the food was always consistently of high quality. Some of our favourite dishes included the chicken spring rolls, lemongrass chicken, morning glory & all of the seafood dishes, especially the fresh grilled fish seasoned with herbs & spices. The prices are very reasonable; the food often half the cost of many of the beachfront restaurants. Give Nons a try as we guarantee you will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we will have to wait until next year when we return to enjoy Noms exquisite vietnamese...
Read moreThis is hands-down the best restaurant in the area. Stayed locally for 3 months and went to most of the restaurants in the area. The owner is really nice and straight-up the best traditional Vietnamese food I've ever had - lots of local dishes specific to the area. She's also so nice and will chat with you, tell you about the food, how she makes them (but without giving away too much - secret family recipes). Her family helps her run the restaurant. 10 our of 10 recommend. Get the BBQ Shrimp (Prawns) on Skewers but ask for the secret pepper sauce with lime. Honestly, the best thing ever. Also, duck springrolls with papaya - ask for extra spicy! Honestly, can't go wrong here. After searching for a bit - I was here almost every night for my...
