I recently invited 3 friends to this restaurant; and food was terrible. We ordered the fish and pork, beef and kimchi pancake. Everything was completely tasteless (it felt like they don't even use salt in their cooking).
For just 4 small dishes and 4 beers = the total bill came to 3.400.000 VND. A real scam.
I strongly do not recommend this place.
Side story:
I pointed a dish from a picture, and the staff showed it on the menu as a 770,000 vnd. However, when the bill arrived, it was charged at 1,600,000 vnd. When we complained. The supervisor spoke to the manager and said they will reduce the price to 770,000 vnd, but the staff member who made the mistake would have to pay the difference. This really reflects poorly on the management and how they treat their staff. We finally paid...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Homido Korean Food recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern décor. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of authentic Korean dishes, but what truly stood out for me was the sashimi. It’s to die for! The fish was incredibly fresh, with each slice melting in your mouth. The presentation was impeccable, making it almost too beautiful to eat.
Whether you’re a fan of Korean cuisine or new to it, Homido Korean Food is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re a sashimi lover like me. I'll definitely be returning soon to explore more...
Read moreAfter being in Vietnam for almost a week, we wanted something different for dinner and decided on Korean. We weren’t in the mood for grilling our meat tableside but wanted Korean flavors (BRW, this place offers the grilled meats thing too). We had spicy octopus, spiced chicken thighs, green onion pancake, soju from Jeju Island, rice and of course all the wonderful banchan.
We loved our experience here and the service was fabulous! All the staff are lovely and super welcoming. We enjoyed our meal and our favorite dish was the scallion pancake. Everything was very tasty but the humble pancake was really tasty and crispy too. We were a little confused about which sauce went with which dish but were too embarrassed to ask.
Also, the bathrooms are very clean and well appointed.
