PM (particulated matter with 2,5 mycro meter of dust in diameter) reaches often very bad figures with over 100 which means very unhealthy air conditions. That’s why you wear masks on your bikes.

The Deutsche Haus have a PM 2,5 result of 0 (zero!) dust particles due to the highest German hospital standard air filter system which is unique in whole Asia.

Conclusion: 20 years ahead of its time. The house will stay for over 100 years for sure. That is called sustainability on basis of a so called green building.
