Really loved our breakfast and coffee here. The atmosphere inside is lovely, even though it was obviously a very busy hour it didn’t seem crowded or loud.

The breakfast was delicious! It’s really clear on the menu what is vegetarian as it is clearly marked (a big bonus). We got avocado with scrambled eggs and baked beans and it was some of the best we’ve had on our trip in Vietnam. The food was really well seasoned, it was perfect as it arrived to the table and looked exactly like on the menu.

The coffee is absolutely incredible! We got a salted coffee, a matcha ice shake, and then 2 more iced black coffees to go. As expected, the coffees were perfect. If you sit downstairs you can see the barista making your coffees.

On our last morning in Ho Chi Minh, and in Vietnam for that matter, we set out on a hunt to find coffee beans to bring as a present to friends in Australia, and thankfully we stumbled upon Hot Beans! We spent the most wholesome morning in this coffee shop and can’t recommend the spot enough, only wish we found it sooner!

The owner, her son, Robert, and the staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. We bought their house blend beans, got to hear about the roasting process and also their family business. Now we not only have a gorgeous blend of coffee beans to bring to our friends but a story to go with it too!
