Botejyu — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I am from Kansai, Japan. I have been a regular customer of "Botejyu" for okonomiyaki since I was young. I ordered the "regular takoyaki," "tonpeiyaki," and "negi okosoba." I forgot the system of the Botejyu in Japan, but in Ho Chi Minh's Botejyu, you cannot add extra bonito flakes, aonori, or mayonnaise at the table. There are shichimi togarashi and thick spicy sauce on the table. The regular sauce on the items I ordered was very sweet for me and not to my taste. I felt like they adjusted the sauce's taste to suit the preferences of Vietnamese people. I would like to visit...

Ordered a few dishes and a chicken steak dish with my partner, discovered halfway through that the chicken was very raw. Showed this to the staff.

Waited 15 minutes and phone calls back and forth, then they offered a 20% discount just on the chicken??? Eventually they discounted only the chicken, but only after we had to fight for longer and wait for them to call through levels of management.

This place has decent food BUT I've been here twice now The first time we ordered our food and did not receive our oysters and then when we were leaving they wanted us to wait so they could cook the oysters that they never prepared in the first place and we left. We decided to come back because the food we did eat was fairly decent this is the second time coming here now they brought out The first dish and then 15 minutes later the second dish.
