I pointed several times to the milky coffee at the menu for the waitress and she kept saying: ca phe, ca phe (coffee, without milk), although I clearly pointed to the milky coffee. Since I do no speak Vietnamese, I assumed that she was trying to say that there was coffee inside. Obviously. She then brings black coffee, no milk.
