One of the best Outdoor/Indoor Café shops in Sai Gon. The Vietnamese traditional iced café with milk is great but the highlight of the shop is the Ice Blended Matcha and the Ice Blended Cookie. Highly recommended by me.

Big, fresh, roomy space with relaxing music, also there are garden seatings with authentic large/small bonsai. Drinks were ok but the cake was delicious. It's easy to find Phuong Cat on main street, Nam ky Khoi Nghis, District 3, HcM City Foods and drinks was ok with nice garden atmosphere around.
