Justay Pink Church — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

In english below: Checkin lúc 18:00 ngày 28.2 đã thông báo trước với hotline về việc cần được hỗ trợ chỉ dẫn bãi đậu xe ( KHÔNG yêu cầu để được hỗ trợ bãi đậu FREE), nhưng gọi đến cuộc thứ 2,3,4.... sau đó không kết nối được Phòng xuống cấp, không giống trên app và bên khách sạn cung cấp, (diện tích 30m2) nhưng thực tế nhỏ hơn. Toilet rất là nhỏ nên khách nước ngoài cân nhắc chọn. Chăm sóc khách hàng rất tệ: trường hợp hotline ở trên sau khi nhận được review của mình thì phía bên khách sạn phản hồi thiếu trách nhiệm, dẫn dắt đưa sai thông tin về việc mình yêu cầu Free-parking và mình gọi ngoài giờ hành chính. không giải quyết thoả đáng ngoài việc thông báo đưa mình vào danh sách đen ???!!!!

Để tránh phiền phức thì đơn giản tránh xa chỗ này, thành phố hồ chí minh nhiều lựa chọn tốt hơn và thái độ tốt hơn.

Our room had a great view on the 7th floor, but it was a little rough around the edges and the air con leaked all over my bag.

They were kind and helped as much as they could, but we ended up with a fan and some very moist luggage (which did eventually dry in the patches of sun we had inbetween rain storms).

Location is quite good, but it depends what you want. It is not very walkable or close to district 1 or any of the main attractions. But it is in a slightly less frantic area of the city, with some good cafes and...

The hotel seems new, or freshly renovated. We had room 402 for 2 nights. It was 30 minutes from the airport by the 109 bus or 15 minutes by cab. There are coffee shops and a market and eateries nearby. It is an easy walk to the center. About the hotel: clean, bright, good air conditioning, clean toilet/shower. Everything seems to be new, there were some small marks on the walls. Soundproofing seems good, but you can hear the fan sounds from the air conditioners through the balcony door. And the mattress...
