CCOMAYA THẢO ĐIỀN (CAFE & NHÀ HÀNG) — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

This place is known for the kids cafe but surprisingly the food was better than expected and more so impressive than the kids play section. We had Chinese cuisine and every dish was on point, but prices are on the exorbitant side.

Cafe was quite hot on the first floor, we had to move to the second for slightly better temperature.

There are a large variety of toys and play areas for kids, but all are poorly maintained. You’ll find broken and sticky toys, flat balls, sticky play areas, etc. It’s definitely not safe for younger toddlers and babies especially those who grab and put anything into their mouths.

Parents might want to watch younger toddlers as there will be lots of older kids running around shouting etc which may not be pleasant for the younger ones.

Not sure the meaning of the large dinosaur at the entrance, but it sure do scare a lot of young ones and...

We felt robbed at this place:

no information about price at entrance or staff did not explain once we get in. Tickets of 300k per kid at moment of paying . Not included VAT!!

kid's zone is so so...nothing to confort the 600k++ ticket! You can enjoy so many different and bigger place at better price nearby.

Swimming pool is not clean, troubled and dirty water

-cashier staff unprofessional (especially the man sitting on the back at noon time today)

Total of the 2 hours more than 800k !!

Also be aware that if you dont drink or eat anything while waiting for your kids they will charge you 50k !!

We had a bad experience at this place. Poor management. People came in after us and got seated inside in the air conditioned rooms. They didn’t bother to sit us. When they finally did, it was outside in the heat with no service. We had to keep chasing down a server to order food and drinks for 5 adults and 1 child. When the food came out, we had to ask for utensils! And ò course, they only brought 4 ò everything for the 5 of us! They kept allowing people to come in to the restaurant when there were no available tables.
