The atmosphere of the café was quite nice — it’s spacious with plenty of seating and a variety of design styles throughout. Unfortunately, the area where I was sitting was noticeably dirty, which took away from the overall experience and the perception of the quality of the cafe.
Service was also disappointing. The cashier had a poker face the entire time and came off as unwelcoming. The staff definitely requires training on providing better customer service, especially for a café located in district 2. On a positive note, the drinks were presented well and looked delicious. However, my latte was very plain and lacked flavor — definitely not worth the price.
Overall, there are far better cafés in this district, but this café has potential if they improve their customer service, the taste and quality of their menu, and the overall cleanliness...
Read moreYesterday, I visited with 3 friends, anticipating a delightful coffee experience. However, my arrival was marred by the abysmal parking service, setting a sour tone before i even stepped foot in the restaurant. The "order here" method, devoid of a physical menu, proved to be cumbersome for a friendly gathering spot. Regrettably, two of my friends refrained from ordering altogether due to the lack of signage and assistance in making their selections. Sadly, based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to this...

I wasn't very fond of the ordering system which may work if you go at Phuc Long or Starbucks for a quick coffee, but if you go to an establishment such as Dalaland, I'd expect to sit down and read the menu in peace before ordering. Also, visited on a weekday and it was impossible to relax due to the constant coming and going of people taking photos. I can't imagine what it must be like...
