Cheese Coffee — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

When I got there, there were two security guard but only one of them doing their job, the other just sat there and did nothing. When I got there I had to wait for the working guard to walk down the bike for another customer so that he could give me the parking card. Not only that, when I used the wrong door to get inside both of the security guards didn't say anything. When I got in and ordered something. There is one staff at the register who is on his phone and it takes more than a minute for another staff to come to the register to take my order. Not only that I have a Cheese Coffee membership also but the cashier didn't ask me and I had to tell her so that she input my phone number. Finally, when I walked down and got my drink, I gave my order card to the server and she just threw it on the counter very hard making me feel disrespected. The drink was good but the service was bad so I hope Cheese Coffee have a better training on their staff through.

Lovely little coffee shop. Very nice selection Been coming here for about a year... Very popular with the young school kids. But I feel its in a demiss the reasons are it's not a cheep coffee shop. And if you go to ho Chi Minh City. There is so many new coffee shops opening with new styles of coffee and different selections of milkshakes and smoothies and juices that at some point you are going to have be more selective in your products and also inexpensive.... As from experience people custermers move on so quickly to the new next coffee shop!!! And for me it was so sad you stop selling your...

An okish coffee shop. Popular with younger people and trying to be a trendy cafe with the minimalist style of dark decor on the wall and floor. Fairly well ventilated with decent a/c and lots of plug sockets and tables . Toilets very clean and well kept. Coffee was ok. Not bad but not great.
