EVERY HALF started from a cozy counter inside M Village Vo Thi Sau, now has opened their arms to Ngo Van Nam; a 2-story private property focusing on Every Half coffee experiences.

I have to highlight the architecture first: it feels very welcoming, whether you are outdoor where preside 2 possible seating situations like shared bench and single tables, or indoors where multi-purpose space allocation is designed with communal desks and bar counters and private tables and sofas. It also feels easy to navigate inside and around this space. And even in busy hours, it doesn’t feel noisy.

My go-to order is hot cappuccino and hot americano. I love how the Every Half team invests in education of the coffee experience: there are well-designed leaflets on products onboarding, ready at check-in, so that you can learn more about your drinks of choice. The staffs are also very enthusiastic to walk you through their work. I see that spirit really helps keep Every Half vibrant and welcoming at the Ngo Van Nam location.
