This is specifically for Superbowl 2023. Not sure if they are normally better (or worse).
They put on a limited Superbowl menu, presumably to make the kitchen more efficient. However, the stuff on the menu was not what was served. Ordered a wrap, got a burger. And the listed ingredients were not correct (some were missing).
The noise levels were deafening. Someone decided it would be a good idea to make the inside of this resto at least sound as if you're inside the stadium... Didn't really work though. Had to ask multiple times to lower the volume. Other people were also asking the same thing. But I guess they prefer loud noise and public deafness to their customers having game related conversation.
Customer service was pretty good though, I have to say. They were apologetic about the wrong food, and the sound quality. The food was corrected, and the sound was lowered, eventually. Like 2nd half.

At the end when we called for bill they charged the pull pork with the price of the big portion, and 2 bottle of Malbec when we only ordered 2 glass during happy hour. we asked for revision of the pull pork price and the red wine, they only revised price on the wine but it was full price. We had to call the waiter and remind her we ordered the wine during happy hour. Then the waiter said they cant deduct the price on the pull pork but they will revise the price of the wine we ordered. It was my second here within a month but it will also be my last. You cant ask the customer to pay for the mistake made by the team yet without giving proper...
