The meat at Hibiki is really good! I love the short rib and rib finger especially! The quality is amazing. They do tend to run out of a lot of cuts though, so just be aware of that. Also, if you were going for the all you can eat and order a lot of the other dishes, just be aware they are very large (such as rice or noodles). I would really recommend them to downsize the sizes of the noodles or rice, dishes, and soups just to be in line with the portions for barbecue. The service and atmosphere is really good with the exception of the fact that when we visited for dinner on a Friday night, they had two dogs barking loudly periodically from upstairs which really ruined the atmosphere. My family just went here to celebrate a birthday. Until now I'm speechless at the service we got after spending 11mil here, went here a few times before no problem, but this time we got into a huge fight with the so called "manager". We do believe there will be issues, however it is unacceptable how we got yelled into our faces by the "manager". We've been to a-lot of restaurants and not even high-end but received better service than this. Hopefully the owner sees this and really work training their employees to treat people with basic human manners and respect. I have truly never been more irritated and disrespected.
